Individual Session
50 minutes
One-on-one counseling tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
Couples Session
50 minutes
Guided sessions to help you and your partner communicate, reconnect, and grow together.
Insurance & Superbills
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I'm happy to provide a Superbill — an itemized receipt — that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service.
In-Person & Virtual
Sessions are available in-person at my Mansfield, TX office or virtually via secure telehealth for clients anywhere in Texas.

Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Additional Notices
Clients can request their records by email. Please allow up to 15 days for the requested information.
