My Story
As a woman who has grown through some of life's hardest challenges, I understand how lonely, confusing, discouraging, and overwhelming life can be. I've sat in the hard places too — and I know that healing is possible when you have the right support around you.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 19 years working in public education — where I supported students in building the problem-solving and communication skills they needed to navigate conflict and advocate for themselves. I also walked alongside parents through the often overwhelming process of securing special education services and 504 accommodations, helping them understand their rights and work with school staff to get their child the support needed to thrive — academically and behaviorally. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how systems, relationships, and life transitions shape who we are, and a front-row seat to the resilience people carry — even when they can't see it in themselves.
Today, I bring that same commitment to my counseling practice. I work with teens, adults, couples, and parents who are ready to stop surviving and start living — to uproot what no longer serves them and grow into the life they want.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. After getting to know you, I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs, personality, and goals. I draw from several evidence-based frameworks to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Identifying and reshaping thought patterns that keep you stuck.
Solution-Focused Therapy
Building on your strengths and what's already working in your life.
Person-Centered Therapy
A warm, non-judgmental space where you lead the way.
Attachment-Based Therapy
Exploring how early relationships shape your patterns today.
Gottman Informed
Drawing from the research-based Gottman Method to help couples build deeper friendship, manage conflict constructively, and create shared meaning in their relationship.
A unique specialty
ARD & IEP Navigation for Parents
With nearly two decades in public education, I have an inside understanding of how school systems work — and how overwhelming the ARD (Admission, Review & Dismissal) process can feel for parents. I offer specialized support to help you understand your rights, advocate confidently for your child, and navigate the IEP process without feeling lost or dismissed.
